RCVS Knowledge launches AMR Hub

19 November 2021

RCVS Knowledge is pleased to launch its latest resource, the AMR Hub, which provides free evidence-based resources for veterinary teams in antimicrobial stewardship.

Launched during World Antimicrobial Awareness Week (WAAW), the AMR Hub includes free resources in the forms of podcasts, webinars, Veterinary Evidence Knowledge Summaries, inFOCUS summaries and free CPD.

The RCVS Knowledge AMR Hub is a centralised place for free knowledge on responsible antimicrobial use. With over 42 hours of CPD, teams can access this information and embed good antimicrobial stewardship in practice.

Executive Director of RCVS Knowledge, Chris Gush said: “We are excited to be growing our online resources and enable vital conversations around responsible antimicrobial use to tackle AMR.”

“We must all work together as an industry to stop unnecessary use and tackle antimicrobial resistance across human, animal and environmental health from a One Health perspective.”

Anyone interested in antimicrobial stewardship in veterinary medicine is encouraged to visit the AMR Hub.
