Antibiotic Audit Tool
The VetTeamAMR Antibiotic Audit Tool is an online, electronic system that has been created to support veterinary practices to better understand their antimicrobial prescribing behaviours.
The audit tool is a database of information about antimicrobials that have been prescribed to equine patients, from across the UK. The data is submitted by veterinary teams and animal owners to create an overview of the practice trends, with patient-to-patient detail and treatment response. Veterinary teams can download reports to analyse and measure their antimicrobial use, building on their understanding of their current prescribing behaviours as well as how to make improvements.
