Join us at our Farm Vet Champions workshop at BCVA on Saturday 22 October at 9am – (we’ll have some coffee at the ready for you…) to kickstart motivating your team to work together, moving towards a mutual aim, and setting your goals to achieve it.
We want you to think about who you want to be in your team, what goals you are setting, why you are setting them and how you will achieve them. Remember, a team could be your practice colleagues, or a wider collective of cattle vets who are working towards the same aim.

Fiona Lovatt - Farm Vet Champions Clinical Lead
Fiona Lovatt is RCVS Knowledge’s Clinical Lead for Farm Vet Champions. Fiona runs the sheep veterinary consultancy business, Flock Health Ltd, which works with vets, sheep farmers, processors, retailers and pharmaceutical companies in the UK and abroad. She is a past president of the Sheep Veterinary Society, Chair of the Sheep Antibiotic Guardian Group, a member of the RUMA Targets Task Force, and a clinical associate professor at the University of Nottingham.
As founder of the Flock Health Club concept, she is passionate about enthusing farm vets to actively engage with sheep farmers through principles that embrace best practice preventative measures and responsible medicine use.
