No abnormality present
If your audit shows a higher-than-benchmark rate of “no abnormality present”, congratulations!
Here’s how you can build on that success and share your impact with the wider profession:
Celebrate and share your success
- Re-audit in a few months. Confirm that your low complication rate is consistent over time.
- Share your results with your team. Celebrate your achievement together—it’s a team effort!
- Inspire others. Submit a case example, along with your guidelines and protocols, to help other practices improve their outcomes.
- Apply for an RCVS Knowledge Award. Use your NASAN experience to apply. Winners are recognised as leaders in Quality Improvement and get the chance to collaborate with RCVS Knowledge to share their journey. Find out more.
- Spread the word. Let others know about NASAN and the value of clinical audit. Share your story on social media using #whyQI, and remember to tag @RCVSKnowledge
