OER to help new practitioners cope

Our project to aid the transition from veterinary school to practice was funded by the Higher Education Academy/JISC under the Open Educational Resources (OER):  Programme Promoting OER within PSRBs and Subject Associations.

We investigated graduates' challenges in practice, sourced appropriate OER and suggested ways to make OER available to new graduates.
