Congestion Charge
The London congestion charge applies between 07:00 and 18:00 Monday to Friday. You can visit the TFL website for more information, including how to pay.
Car parking in London
The nearest NPC underground parking for the event can be found on Great College Street, directly across from the Houses of Parliament.

By train
Regular services travel to London from across the United Kingdom. For information on trains please visit National Rail. The closest National Rail stations to the venue are Victoria and Waterloo, both of which are a 25 minute walk away from the venue, or have multiple bus connections.
Mary Sumner House is also accessible by tube, with Westminster and St James Park stations both just 10 minutes walk away. You can plan your journey within London on the TFL website.
By air
London has six airports; London City, London Gatwick, London Heathrow, London Luton, London Southend and London Stansted, with various connection options available for each.

Taxis in London include official airport taxis, pre-booked private hire taxis and city black cabs, each with separate taxi ranks. Many taxis are wheelchair-accessible and accept most major credit cards.
