VET2016 programme released!
10 August 2016
Veterinary Evidence Today 2016 is set to be an unrivalled event in the veterinary calendar, where the international veterinary community can meet to share progress and discuss the opportunities and challenges of applying evidence-based principles in practice.
“We are thrilled to be hosting our 2016 EBVM Network Conference in Edinburgh. RCVS Knowledge had a great response to the first and second call for abstracts, which has resulted in a huge pool of EBVM related topics for the plenary, parallel and poster sessions. The programme has now been released and offers an inspiring mix of sessions for those with an interest in EBVM.” Corrie McCann, Interim Executive Director
The confirmed speakers have a substantial background in EBVM and come from several high profile organisations; including NICE, The RVC and GD Animal Health, alongside international universities and veterinary clinics. The programme offers several streams to tailor the event to all delegates, ranging from teaching and implementing EBVM, business, clinical research and vet nursing.
Veterinary Evidence Today 2016 also offers an extraordinary range of social activities alongside the 2016 conference programme. Including the first ever RCVS Knowledge ‘Sceptial Vets’, set in a traditional Scottish pub, the evening is sure to include lively debates and networking outside the formality of the conference. Be sure to join us at the inaugural black-tie Evidence Awards – including a three course meal and a live Ceilidh!
