BBC Animal Awards 2002 - searching for veterinary excellence

The RCVS has today received a request from the BBC for nominations for the Veterinary Award for the veterinary surgeon or team who has done most to advance animal healthcare (treatment or prevention) over the past year. This will be presented at their annual Animal Awards ceremony in December, which seeks to recognise the hard work and dedication of those who work in the field of animal conservation or welfare.
If you know of someone who you feel merits this award, please contact the Animal Awards team by Monday 5 August 2002 (the deadline for nominations has been extended) with the following details;
