Post-op complications happen - from suture reactions and seromas, to wound breakdowns and sudden handfuls of small intestines. How do you reduce the patients’ complication risk if you don’t know what’s causing it? Guiding you through the audit process, this session will give you ideas on how to audit post-operative complications, and what to do with your results to help improve patient care. Interaction, questions and ‘slimy yet satisfying’ photos of post-operative complications highly encouraged.
