Details

Coming up with an idea to improve life in practice is often the easy part- getting the whole team on board is often harder than it seems. Join Amelia, an RVN from RCVS Knowledge, as she talks to Helen Silver-MacMahon and Kelly Tillett about

  • how to introduce new concepts and changes to your team in a way that will encourage uptake,
  • what to do if others in your team don’t share the same passion for change.

Before the session: delegates are asked to send in any questions they’d like the speakers to cover. Questions and discussion during the session will also be encouraged.
