Join us at BVNA Congress 2022 from Friday 7th October to Sunday 9th October.
A friendly and relaxed workshop to inspire and motivate nurses to champion Quality Improvement (QI) and clinical audit.
Learn how to perform clinical audit in a step-by-step way, using your own examples and ideas so you can get started when you return to practice. This session will look at what to do with your data once you have collected it (you don’t need to be a spreadsheet wiz!) and what processes and changes to put in place to help you improve your outcomes.
This workshop is limited to 25 people.
Learning Outcomes
- Identify where to get started with clinical audit in practice
- Be confident in following the audit cycle for your chosen topic
- Know what to do when things are not going the right way
