Most of VET Trust’s activities are based primarily but not exclusively in Scotland.

The conference aims to provide topical and useful education targeted at Veterinary Surgeons in practice in a setting where there is ample opportunity to meet informally with speakers, colleagues, pharmaceutical and equipment representatives.

Synopsis

Ross will outline what the last 2 years have taught us about assessing and managing our lame patients: specifically the use of video technology, and what learnings we should retain as practice ‘opens up’ again.

He will also discuss some specific causes of lameness he has recently encountered, which while possible to miss if diagnosed can immediately benefit the patient and vet!

Ross will introduce and discuss the Canine Cruciate Registry.

Learning outcomes

  • Insight into how video technology can assist veterinary care, empower the clinical team and add value to customer experience.
  • Increased awareness of some easily overlooked causes of lameness.
